Get Busy Living
Crossroads Logo Blue Horizontal

Our vision is to create the best planned, most beautiful, most amazing mixed-use community in the state of Ohio or in the midwest. We believe that the people in our region both need and DESERVE this.

We want our project to be instrumental in helping nurture, uplift, entertain and grow our region.
In short, we want this to help our region ‘get busy living’.

Overview

The Crossroads of Northwest Ohio is a pivotal project located along the I-75 corridor between Lima and Wapakoneta, where about 15 million people travel through the area on their way to larger metropolitan areas. The project is aimed to strengthen the Northwest Ohio community through culture, excitement, and opportunity to create a stopping point for many.

Josh Bloomfield

Josh Bloomfield

Project Director

I oversee and direct all aspects of the project including negotiations, real estate acquisitions, legal, engineering, local and federal grants, zoning, annexation, construction and public relations. I also work directly with Dr. Craig Nicholson on the overall vision and long-term planning of the project.

Through hands-on planning and coordination from a strong team of industry professionals, the Crossroads of Northwest Ohio is set to meet the significant needs of the community. The mixed-use community will bring:

  • Residential dwellings and neighborhoods
  • Commercial establishments
  • Hotels, restaurants, and entertainment
  • Community-based festivals and events

Planted along the I-75 corridor through Ohio, the Crossroads gives locals centralized access to the aspects of life they may normally drive to other cities to get. The area is situated between four larger cities: Dayton, Toledo, Columbus, and Fort Wayne. This area has an extreme need for housing, shopping, entertainment, and all the attributes that support modern life. Our orchestrated development brings all of that to the table, so the community can truly get busy living.
