Our vision is to create the best planned, most beautiful, most amazing mixed-use community in the midwest. We believe that the people in our region of Ohio both need and DESERVE it.

We want our project to be instrumental in helping nurture, uplift, entertain and grow our region. In short, we want this to help our region “get busy living”.

Ten4WCO Where our future takes root

The Ten4WCO board will have representation from each of the 10 counties and through Ten4WCO we will plan, organize and promote initiatives to market and tell our stories to a national and international audience. Ten4WCO will develop marketing materials that will be available to all ten counties and will allow us to show the world the amazing strengths of our region.

Together we have the power to grow our communities in West Central Ohio.

We will begin working with all 10 counties to combine our resources to build a consistent message of West Central Ohio strength through stories that provide clarity & conviction on why to choose our communities to live, work, play & thrive! We need to show the world all we have to offer!
