Dr. Nicholson has been committed to the people of Lima and the surrounding region for the 11 years he has lived and worked as a Urologist in the community. He currently serves as the Medical Director of the Urology Service Line and the Director of the Robotic and Minimally Invasive Surgery program for the Kettering Health Network. He has offices in Wapakoneta,OH and Troy, OH. He is working to improve the community through his work as a Urologist and through Crossroads of Northwest Ohio and the current project.
Mr. Bloomfield is a BBA from the University of Toledo. He is the owner of Bloomfield Consulting Company, LLC. He has 12 years of Sales Management experience. Born and raised less than 7 miles from Cridersville, he is very excited about the positive impact a project of this scope will have on the local community. Mr. Bloomfield is currently working on building relationships with neighbors and acquiring additional land for the development at the same time working day-to-day with Dr. Nicholson on the all aspects of the project.
WAEDC Executive Director, Logan O’Neill, replaced previous Executive Director Greg Myers after retirement in March 2020. Prior to leading the Wapakoneta Area Economic Development Council, O’Neill had been with the Southwestern Auglaize County Chamber of Commerce since April 2014. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business administration from Bluffton University. In 2018, he successfully completed the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management, the 4-year nonprofit professional development program for association and chamber professionals. “There’s a lot of growth going on in the Wapakoneta area,” O’Neill said. “As a nonprofit professional working to help businesses grow and succeed in their community, working for WAEDC is another opportunity to continue to develop our community for the future. O’Neill’s goal for the community is to continue to enhance the growth that we have seen in all aspects of life in Auglaize County.” O’Neill and his wife, Becky, have two sons, Cameron and Louis.
Blain was born in Lima in 1968. He graduated from Elida Local Schools in 1986. Blain received his BBA from the University of Toledo in 1990 and his JD from Ohio Northern University in 1993. Blain and his wife, Becky, have four children, Elizabeth, Trey, MacKenzie and Olivia. They attend Lima Missionary Baptist Church.
Matthew H. Huffman was born in Lima, Ohio and graduated high school from Lima Central Catholic. He attended the University of Dayton as an undergraduate, where he double majored in accounting and finance and graduated cum laude. After graduating from the University of Dayton, Matthew became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and worked as an Audit Associate with Deloitte & Touche In 2013 Matthew left public accounting to attend law school at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he was an associate member of the Law Review, a volunteer in the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, and a volunteer in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistant program. Matthew graduated magna cum laude from law school and was named a member of the Order of the Coif and the Dean’s Honor List.
J. Grant Neal is from Lima, Ohio and graduated from Tri-Valley High School in Dresden, Ohio. Grant is also a 2016 graduate of Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania, and attended law school at Ohio Northern University. While in law school, Grant clerked for HK&B for two years.
Grant’s practice extends to the fields of Personal Injury, Real Estate, Estates and Wills, civil litigation, contract review, appeals, and business formation. He has served as the City Law Director for Wapakoneta since the beginning of 2020.
Grant’s family has deep roots in the greater Lima area and he was proud to return to the region after moving to southeast Ohio for high school and western Pennsylvania for college. Outside of work, Grant enjoys spending a Saturday deer hunting, reading, or watching college football. He lives in Wapakoneta with his wife Brooke, a native of Columbus Grove. They are active members of Lima Community Church.
Location, location, location is the mantra of the real estate profession. As a lifelong and community minded resident of Northwest Ohio, Lane D. Williamson knows the location quite well. Mr. Williamson has handled multiple real estate matters including real estate acquisition and development with a concentration on land use, annexation, eminent domain, zoning and planning law and permits/entitlements that also encompasses aspects of public law. Construction, mining, manufacturing, retail, distribution and transportation are just a few industries which he serves. Additionally, he regularly counsels both for profit and nonprofit organizations, and maintains an estate planning practice involving the representation of a multi generational family office.
As a member of Eastman & Smith, Mr. Williamson was involved with Firm management, most recently as chair of the Firm’s Executive Committee, after serving separate terms on the Executive Committee and as section head of the Firm’s Business Section.

Reinbolt has focused his practice on commercial real estate law, representing developers, investors, public corporations, private corporations and lending institutions.
